Welcome to my Brick oven page.

Sometime around November 2000 I got the crazy idea that a brick oven would be a really good thing to build. After purchasing The Bread Builders;

the plans started to come to fruition.

My wife and I have been in search of good bread for quite some time and were unable to find any. That's when we started baking our own, this oven is the next logical step in the process for us.
